This Jacksonville, Florida hotel is off Interstate 95. This hotel features an outdoor pool and laundry facilities and a kitchenette in each room.

They gave us another room, which was a small bit better. Floors were not carpet and had been redone. Mattress was comfortable, provided extra towels upon request. The housekeeping lady was nice, the front desk lady was very agitated with us for bothering her. 2 burner stove top, full refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker were in the room.

    We visited Jacksonville University.

    We visited Jacksonville University. It was a very lovely campus. Definitely a school I would want to attend or want my child to attend. We visited Neptune Beach during our stay. Parking can be tricky but when you find your spot the walk down to the beach wasn't bad at all. We got some wonderful photos and enjoyed a nice walk. The area we were in wasn't as cramped and crowded as we thought it would be. We would definitely go back. We are at Ruby Tuesdays next to the hotel. The waiter was a cut up. Lol. The strip where our hotel had many hotels to choose from.

    I lived here 20 years ago.

    I lived here 20 years ago. It's not the same place, some good/some bad. Traffic is a nightmare on I95 thanks to the never-ending construction that seems to be the bigger problem than what they are trying to fix,

    Didnt like too much.

    Didnt like too much. We had no hot water after traveling for hours from Florida, had to wait until late at night to shower. Floors were disgusting and so were the doors, nothing was clean and the door was very dirty. I would never recommend anyone to stay there.

    We often visit Jacksonville for shows, concerts or football...

    We often visit Jacksonville for shows, concerts or football games. We usually stay up near the airport where there are many hotels and it's a short 15 min drive to downtown. The Landings area has dropped many of its restaurants and is not the vibrant center that it once was. Airport area has a huge shopping/dining center (River City Marketplace) with something for everyone. Access to the stadium/Daily's Place, arena and Center for the Performing Arts downtown is easy with plenty of parking.

    If you are looking for a great hotel to stay at while in...

    If you are looking for a great hotel to stay at while in Jacksonville, please check out the Holiday Inn express off of Mayport rd. They have spa rooms, breakfast, a fitness center and its minutes away from the beaches. The staff is very professional and friendly. Also, if you are looking for good eats check out the Gumbo man his food is amazing especially if you're looking for that Louisiana taste.

    Has my granddaughter said everybody was so kind and nice even in the community. We also went on a cruise and it was wonderful and it was great with all the assistance that we had from our Uber driver as well as our stay at the Inn was great we had a fabulous time

    The surrounding area was beautiful - quiet and friendly, the hotel looked good, nicely renovated inside and out. The room was regular size (we had the double queen bed) elegantly decorated to Hilton standards, the bathroom was spacious and super clean. The breakfast was nice, the selection was good - my little one had several pancakes from the machine, which she enjoyed observing during the preparation process. We went to the fitness room, it was smaller than expected but good enough for a travel workout.

    It is wonderfully located close to the I95 and the Airport. Room was comfortable and the bed was excellent A++. There was no noise from outside so we could sleep and rest as expected. Coffee was good, and it did offer breakfast options to buy , which we did not try because there was an Starbucks right in front of the hotel.

    The location was perfect it was just outside of the airport without having to go into the airport traffic. I especially loved the fire pit and pool area. This hotel does have a restaurant on premises. Tranika and Johnathan at the front desk took great care of me and made me feel very welcomed.

    We had a flight that brought us to JAX @ 7:30 pm on a very rainy, windy night. It was a great hotel to spend the night and travel to St. Augustine the next day. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was only about 6 mins. from the airport - just perfect.

    The hotel had mold on the base boards. The hotel was very dirty and the staff was not available ! They left a note at the front desk to call but they did not answer the phone . The pool was dirty green. I have sent pictures of this horrible experience to booking.com

    I liked that the hotel was clean and smelled good upon arrival. House keeping had no issues giving us fresh towels and linen when we asked. The hotel was near plenty of dining options and also a BP gas station was within walking distance.
