On the day of our arrival Filippo contacted us that due to plumbing problems the apartment won't be useable unfortunately. *however* he managed to organize us a wonderful room at another B&B right in the center of the old town of Sarzana. Filippo had already made sure that it was paid for and that everything was organized and the host awaited us at our arrival.
