The location is wonderful, with the waterfall immediately behind the guest house, and great views of it from the common areas as well as from our bedroom. It's a good base for exploring the area, including the Polar Park, and for us was an excellent stop off point between Lofoten and Tromso. The guest house is as described - everything needed is provided (fully equipped kitchen, complimentary coffee, juice, etc). We had a double en-suite room upstairs which was spacious, comfy and clean with good heating and stunningly close view of the waterfall from the bed.

Located on the waterfront, this property is situated in Ersfjordbotn in the Troms Region. Tromsø city centre is 21 km away. Boat rentals, bike hire and Northern Lights safaris can be arranged with the property. I didn't expect that the apartment that I rent was that big. It is excellent and it face directly to the sea (west). The place is not totally isolated, there are some houses nearby. Still, you will need a car. The bed is okay, just the top bunk bed is squeaky. Other facility is also work like brand new. If you have the intention to catch the aurora, it will not be as easy as going out to your balcony and saw one. In most of the time, you will need to go to a slightly remote area. The balcony facing west when normally aurora spread from north to south. You can walk a bit in the neighbourhood but behind the apartment, there's a hill that will block the way. Again, it might not always happened likat what I describe. You must have your car and hunt the aurora to a dark area where there is no light. And, if you stay here, we are only talking about 2 to 10 Km away to find such location.

Enter City Apartment Hotel is less than 15 minutes’ walk from attractions such as the Polar Museum and the Polaria Aquarium. The Hurtigruten ferry terminal is only 300 metres away. We spent one night with my 2 daughters and it was perfect. The hotel is in downtown, close to bus stops, malls, stores and all the main attractions. Perfect location. I highly recommend it.
