We had a lovely room 108 with the stairs coming down to the bathroom, very unique and fun! The room was nice and clean, very warm! There was tea and coffee in the room, and the breakfast was amazing! Not just a generic buffet but a proper breakfast! Coming from a different country I was stoked to have experienced some traditional food for breakfast at the hotel. Everyone was very nice to us, and I loved that the house has a history to it. WiFi was good and fast 😀 I was looking forward to having a bath, and if you're like me, please note that not all rooms have them, and booking doesn't recognise it. Luckily, we got help immediately 😁

Everything was lovely! the hotel is very close to the beach and very near cute restaurants, 10 minutes walking from the station. The room was really pretty with a nice view, very comfortable bed. Nice collection of DVDs available! Great wifi and great breakfast. The hosts are really nice! We will be back!!!

Beautiful room with a lovely coffee machine and fast wi-fi that is spacious for a single. Breakfast was also great. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

The friendly warm welcome. The appearance and decoration of the whole building and the wonderful atmosphere. Martin and Melissa catered excellently for our group including going above and beyond for dietary requirements.

Mark and Fiona certainly know how to cater for their guests - balancing the right level of friendliness and interest without being overbearing or intrusive. Flexibility in accommodating my changing needs and wishes, lovely food, clean and comfortable premises with all the main shops, restaurants and attractions easily within walking distance. Thank you!

Everything. Hosts are extremely warm and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They were there to receive us and Dan also gave us a complimentary drop to the station and we are very grateful for that . Kitchen is well stocked with oats , olive oil , balsamic vineagr , salt pepper milk coffee tea , coffee pods , hot chocolate and plenty of cleaning material . We cooked a lot. Induction stoves and extractor are super. Utensils excellent. Shower is superb too. Super flow of hot water . Bed and bath linen are high quality. A wonderful stay . Immense gratitude for Dan and Aggi. Very safe and comfortable place , located perfectly to explore Llandudno and north wales . Bus stop is a minute away , as are supermarkets and shops .
