Spacious room very tastefully decorated. Small swimming pool which we enjoyed using after a long drive and only a short drive into Pau city centre. Owner very friendly, helpful lady and fantastic breakfast.

Gorgeous location: quiet, peaceful, scenic. Lovely pool but not enough time to enjoy. Lovely breakfast served by a very pleasant and informed host. Only sorry not have been there when it was warmer (!)

Boulangeries and small supermarkets also within 5 minutes to pick up breakfast supplies. While the area around the apartment is clearly a bit tired it still seemed safe and quiet. Parking was close by in private, secure, covered garage which was very convenient. What more do you need for a short stay. It is a loft apartment in an older building so you climb stairs just like your grandparents did. Good for your health so don't complain. We are in our late 60s and it was no problem for us. By the way, many thanks for the welcome bottle of wine. Much appreciated.
