This is a great cheap option to stay in Paris, especially if coming by car as it’s very handy the free private parking inside the property. The owner is super nice and kept in touch and explained all the procedures to enter autonomously. The bed is quite comfortable and the room AB’s bathroom were spotless clean. The RER station of Fontenay-sous-Bois is 1.6km away so it’s 15-20 min walk. I really like the real feel of a middle- working class suburb. And then in 15 min you can be in Champs Elysees. You also have a capsule espresso machine in the room so make sure you bring your capsules! And in a stuffy spring night I appreciated the room had AC. All in all this is a good value for money option.

I like the kindness of the smiley Jean-Laurent and his perfect services. His understanding of being late for check in in the room. What I asked for Jean-Laurent was there for me even from an early morning breakfast to an extra towel and the classic music he put every morning! I loved him so much!

Really very calm place away from the streets with a spacious private courtyard. Spatious kitchen. Easy access to two metro lines. Many small food shops nearby.

Host is responsive, accommodating, incredibly helpful and went out of his way to - due to our terrible circumstances - assist with our odd check in hours. Regrettably, we did not manage to squeeze in a wine session before departing Paris. The location is not the closest to the city and takes about 20 mins to get to Champ Élysées and 30 mins to Eiffel Tower. However, it is well connected, intersected with a few metro within walking distance, and each of the metro should take you direct to your place of interest without having to switch metro. We did not find the travelling distance to be a big issue as it afforded us time to explore each of the well decorated metro station while journeying down. We did not sign up for the Breakfast so nothing to be said here. We had the best sleep here during our ~7 different accommodations in France, in part due to the bed. For those who dread parking in Paris but still chooses to drive, it is quite easy to find parking.

Location was convenient with the local transportation. The host was kind and accommodating, storing luggage and giving advice and directions when asked. My girls loved his cat, Sweety.

After you enter the outside door, you enter a different world. A little garden, guides our way into the lodge, it looks like fairy tail during the night with small lights guiding our way. The place is so cosy and the atmosphere is so zen, that you start to relax as soon as you enter the garden. We were greated by Nina, a sweetheart that called us to make sure everything was alright after we didn't show up at the scheduled time (we lost our 1st flight), just great. In the morning, we were greated by Maty, she treated us with such a good vibe, that filled up our energy supply for the rest of the day. The breakfast was fantastic, she was doing a fruit salad when we walked in, delicious by the way,we had tea, coffee, orange juice,pan au Chocolat, croissant, fruit salad and cake, cannot remember the cake name,but it was warm and tasty. There was several types of cheese and ham. So, don't skip breakfast 😁. Location: I choose this hotel for 2 main reasons,the concept (cozy lodge), and the location, it's not the prettiest on the outside,but it's so near the metro, with a full day ticket you can reach almost any place in Paris in less than 40 minutes and do your full visit. Extra: The bathroom, full japonese toilet and the bathtub, it's gigantic, with great water pressure. Summary: After the full tour of Paris, it's great to came back to this little paradise.
