Breakfast was amazing- spoilt for choice! Yogurt/cereal/fruit and a full cooked breakfast with fresh orange juice! Perfect! The bed was also a highlight- very comfy indeed! & the underfloor heating was a real bonus which we didn’t expect but made our stay even more comfortable & decor in the room was very tasteful too!

Hosts very accommodating - great selection of cerals, spreads and fruit. Juice and milk. Bread. Good selection of hot drinks. Beds very comfy.

The accommodation was very comfortable and handy to have the facility to make our own breakfast/dinner. The hot tub was a very nice touch.

Scalford is a quiet village, and the pub-with-rooms gives good value for money. Breakfast was great! Bed was very comfortable.

Beautifully renovated listed building in a stunning location. This is a proper pub, with a warm welcome, a cosy feel and fantastic food. The rooms are gorgeous with antique furniture and period decor, combining with modern exceptionally comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. There is a large, well tended garden with mature trees and I imagine it will be even more attractive in the summer.

Breakfast was superb served graciously in the most elegant diing room I have experienced. In prticular the bacon was marvelous - I've not had full size rashers of home cured bacon tasting like that since I was a teenager in the 1950s!

So comfortable and fabulous bathroom facilities. We had our dog with us who was made very welcome.
