Amazing stay! Anne took great care of us and the house was so pretty. We were going on a hike on our first day and she packed us a delicious lunch. Everything was on point and it was very fun to discuss with Anne. Thank you again for such a great weekend xxx

Beautiful cottage in lovely quiet location. Very cosy. Set in a little hamlet on the river, the cottage was peaceful and the kids loved playing in the little stream outside the cottage and the river at the back (a little walk down the road to get into the river). The cottage was lovely and clean, a well stocked kitchen to be able to cook a family meal. Being able to cook on an Aga was a new experience, and having an open fire kept us cosy in the evenings.

The shepherds hut was absolutely lovely, the hosts were very friendly, and advised us of places to visit and where local amenities were. The hut is situated in a quiet corner of the working farm, the weather was abit hit and miss, but having the log burner was a big bonus and made it very cosy. We can’t recommend it enough , we loved it and will def be back 🙂
