The room was fabulous and quiet. Had an outside seating area and beautiful old style bathroom They upgraded us as it was our anniversary after staying there for our honeymoon 34 years before. Food was fabulous

Set in a little hamlet on the river, the cottage was peaceful and the kids loved playing in the little stream outside the cottage and the river at the back (a little walk down the road to get into the river). The cottage was lovely and clean, a well stocked kitchen to be able to cook a family meal. Being able to cook on an Aga was a new experience, and having an open fire kept us cosy in the evenings.

The hut is situated in a quiet corner of the working farm, the weather was abit hit and miss, but having the log burner was a big bonus and made it very cosy.
