Good location, close to Orvieto but away from the busyness for the town. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Superb pool. It’s our second stay and we will go back :-)

Laura is lovely and very welcoming. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. You need a car to stay here, quick trip from Orvieto and the pool is brilliant. Great value for money, would recommend.

The house belongs to an old couple who welcomed us very well. Even though they had to use online translation app to communicate with us (we do not speak Italian), we managed to clarify everything and even had a very pleasant chat with them. We arrived in the evening and they offered us very delicious homemade dinner with local and homemade products. The breakfast was delicious too. This place is surrounded by vine and olive fields which made the whole atmosphere very romantic and traditional even in the winter time. The nearby town with its historical city center is also a must visit place. We will be glad to visit this place again.

Great property away from the Orvieto town but within few minutes drive. The place has everything - amazing garden, swimming pool, views, friendly cats and dogs. We've got a welcome cake made by the owners from their own produce and the night before leaving we've got another cake. It is such a lovely gesture! We had everything we need and even more - milk, coffee, tea, bread, cakes, etc were provided. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, great bathroom. There is no air conditioner but we didn't need it despite very hot weather outside - the house protects well against the heat and opening windows allows night breeze in - perfect. I'd imagine you need to warm this place up during the winter, but there is a large heater. Can't stress enough - it's a great place to unwind for a few days or to use it as a base to travel around Umbria. Highly recommended!

The staff was incredibly kind and had great communication. Check-in was really flexible which was important to me. the facilities were clean and there was a large selection of breakfast.

The host was truly helpful, even picked me up at the city train station by car (without me asking for that, but did that so as to help me). The room was very elegant, beyond the usual things at this price level. Very good heating, fit for my November trip. One slice of cake is part of the normal breakfast :) Parking would have been available (but I was by train). 4 minute walk to get inside the city walls, or a total of 15 minute walk to the Duomo (which is at the other side).
