A very nice, small fine pension with extremely nice owners. The property was newly renovated a few years ago and furnished with great care. The breakfast is typically Italian (sweet pastries, croissant and coffee, tea, juice). The location is quiet, with a nice garden in front of the building. Very cute silkie chickens run around in the garden.

B&b il bijou is set in Casalmaggiore, 22 km from Parma and 36 km from Mantova. Each room at this bed and breakfast is air conditioned and is equipped with a TV.

Very nice hostess! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We also had access to a refrigerator . As it is on the country side, finding a parking space was not an issue. There were quite a few restaurants within 5 min (driving).
