This hotel is small but the room I stayed in was nice. The staff and especially the ladies who cleaned and made the breakfast were really nice. A friendly and hard working staff is always a plus.
However, unlike the staff, the person who manages the hotel was not so nice and actually she was pretty rude.
The first day the wifi was not working and I waited in my room for 3 hours while the manager tried to fix it. She eventually gave up trying and asked me to keep waiting because she had called a “professional” who was on their way to come and save the day. The technician (a neighbor who was not a technician) who arrived had no idea what they were doing and the internet was not fixed until late in the evening. So the wifi was not working for my entire first day. And before it fixed the manager told me the problem was my phone, so luckily I tried with my iPad and it didn’t work and I confirmed it was the hotel WiFi
On my last day I asked this same lady (the manager) for help with bringing my luggage downstairs and to the parking lot. She would not help me and said I should ask somebody who works with the parking lot and that I need to pay for this kind of help. I asked her why I had to pay for this and she told me it was because the staff was so busy (In front of me, in the lobby, there were 2 ladies who worked with parking sitting down and watching tv).
I paid more than $100 per night to stay at this hotel and I think at that rate, there should be some staff available to help guests with their luggage free of charge. Also, since this hotel is in the end of the Medina the gps shows the incorrect location. So it hard for taxis to get here and another guest had to assist me with transportation for leaving because the manager was not willing to help when I asked her.

Staying at this villa felt like a true holiday experience in a stunning setting. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, with clean and spacious rooms, a super comfortable bed, and beautiful gardens that contribute to the peaceful atmosphere. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and close to bars, bistros, and great restaurants.
What truly made my stay exceptional was the wonderful host, Sahbi. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect, regularly checking in to see if I needed anything and offering thoughtful assistance, such as fantastic restaurant and activity recommendations.
The breakfast was a highlight—amazingly creative and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

I stayed at a stunning boutique hotel with incredible furniture and a rich history. Every detail and decoration of the hotel was captivating. The owners were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. We were truly amazed by the beauty of this boutique. The decor, the comfort of the bed, and the overall style of the hotel exceeded our expectations. while the hotel had many positive aspects, there were some significant issues that I didn't see mentioned in previous reviews.

Good shower and toilet . Clean and spacious rooms.
Great location. Friendly staff
Lovely private beach area managed by Hussein who looked after us. The area felt safe and secure.
Beautiful hotel, with an opening reception team.
Very open and well kept. Nice private beach front, small area but can walk along the coast for a quieter spot as space gets taken up by residents sunbathing.
Room beautiful, great space and storage areas. Bathroom open and clean. Provided with bathroom toiletries and hairdryer. Robe and slippers included.
Flowers in the room was a nice touch.
The privacy of hotel and beach made it very relaxing.
The hotel is set in nice grounds. It was comfortable and clean. It was quite quiet during our stay. The food for breakfast and dinner is a buffet with plenty of choices, and as vegetarians we had no trouble eating there. We made good use of the pool especially as there were not many other people using it. We could walk into town in around 50 minutes as the road is quite pleasant to stroll along, although taxis are cheap (Bolt is not available in Hammamet). The staff was pleasant.
No private beach , not cleaned around pool area, no darts or anything going on ,drinks limited ,no juice just fizzy drinks, food tunisian style no choices , pasta nearly every night , soup one night salad the next , dessert --chocolate cake or melon , very repetitive, bar and restaurant staff try their best ,reception not so, telephones in rooms dont work ,tv,s not good signal on foreign chanels, no english channels , not really caterered for the brits ,but it's cheap and cheerful if you are on very tight budget
Beautiful bungalow in great location, 5 minutes away from a beautiful beach, 1 min away from cafes and restaurants, and a 10min drive to the medina. Taxis are cheap and easy to find.
The owner is super genuine and thoughtful. We had a fantastic stay!
It was a fully equipped apartment with everything we needed. Luxury to me
Great location next to beautiful beach, 10 Min walk, had to trot through a waste land but was worth it.
Nice and quiet.
Mr Faoud was helpful and a pleasure to be around however he could not understand English at all or from what I had to deal with he was illiterate in French so translate was no good.
The hot Water took a long time to come through
A great deal
