The only downside was the shower which didn't have any hooks inside, so you had to get out first to dry yourself. Breakfast was basic but ok, would have been nicer to have a bigger selection of food, especially fruit and cereal. We used the washing facilities and they were great. The staff at reception was very friendly.

Given the great location close to Roma Termini station, this worked perfectly fine for us, including short trips by train to the beach and to Napoli/Pompeii. Despite the central location, the room was very quiet even to my sensitive ears. Everything I had read in advance in other people's comments about the gentle host turned out to be true -- Vincenzo is indeed very friendly and extraordinarily helpful.

The property was central to what we wanted to do and we did love the area. Plenty of restaurants around and little convenience store close also.
