Bad Birnbach – Fjallaskálar

we stayed at the lower part of the house, which was really clean, comfortable, had all new furniture, a big bath and shower cabin, heated floors at the entrance hall and bathroom, a really big masters bedroom, and nice kids bedroom with enough storage place, and some toys, the kitchen with everything you may need during stay, dishware, cutlery, nesspresso coffe mashine , filter coffe mashine, some complementary foods, salt, sugar,tea, spaghetti and so on, it was just a blessing as we arrived on saturday and had no time to buy groceries. the TV was easy to navigate , netflix , and smart options like youtube was easy to find. the working printer with paper is a real find when we need to print our boarding passes. the location is a beautiful countryside with woods and river in some 300 hundred meters, the house also has terassa with sunbeds outside and wooden tables with chairs to lounge outside. Our 4 year son enjoyed the kids playground in the yard. we used a car to explore the surroundings, its easy to reach Bad Birnbach, we really enjoyed thr Rottaler Therme, Bad Fussing wit its three different thermes , we ve been to all of them, and it was pretty easy to go to Munich from there be car, so we visited it three times. There is Lidl, Edeka at Bad Birnbach, which are nice options to buy groctries. There is wifi at the house which was fasr and reliable. Our phones couldnt connect to mobile service e[actly at the house, but there was a regular phone at the house so it could be used if needed. the house is situated in the small village of Shatzcbach, which is some 5 km from the city center of Bad Birnbach. The owner Peter was helpful and reacable by phone and sms during the stay. We have booked this appartment in just a three hours before check in , so it was kind of surprise for him, even though there was no limits on booking.com concerning time and the house wasnt ready by that time, so Peter worked it out and arranged a one night stay at best western hotel
