The main staff member on site was lovely, she was so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Also helpful in pointing me in the right direction for groceries, food, etc.

Everything was great. The hotel is modern and clean, the bedding is very comfortable and the breakfast varied and sufficient.
It is also a relatively short drive to Brugge and Kourtrijk.
There is also a heated pool and a fitness center, both of which I did not have the opportunity to try.
