The breakfast was a feast and all the meals we had were delicious. We especially loved the smoothies. All the staff were very kind, friendly and extremely helpful. We loved that it was quiet and peaceful. The pool was warm and clean and refreshing. The beds were comfortable. I could hear the waves washing over us all through the night. So peaceful! It is right on a beautiful beach! They connected us to have an afternoon on a dune buggy adventure! So fun!

Amazing bar and pool area. Delicious food when available. Strong AC and WiFi. Super friendly staff especially Edilson & Carlos. Close to beach. Walking distance to Villa with restaurants like madu. Lovely cats and dogs on property makes you feel right at home. I love this little hideaway gem in Cumbuco. Poolside shower is a blast of fresh cool water highly recommended!

What an amazing place. For me Cumbuco is just the right size. No huge buildings, yet the town is big enough to offer all the things you need. They have a very cool boardwalk in the evenings where they sell crafts. There is a burger joint called Armadillo Burger & Grill which had very good bands most every night and good food and drinks at a decent price. The real deficiency of the town is the roads, they are in terrible shape. However, most places you can get on foot and it is only in the town of Cumbuco that they are bad. Most of the drive from the airport in Fortaleza is good.

Cumbucu is wonderfull, local people are kind and helpfull. Very good cafe mania and restaurants. Dream beaches. Water from sea very nice. Pousada MEUS AMIGOS KITESURF very close to the Beach. Only 150 m. The pousada is in the middel of the town. Shops and restaurants only 100 m from pousada. I love Cumbucu.

It's an amazing resort, all inclusive. The employees were beyond expectation, very helpful and professionals, from front desk, bartenders, environmental personal to the monitors. The activities were very diversified and fun. The rooms are spacious but need some upgrades. The Wi-Fi system is very outdated and only available at the lobby, which for the huge property is very inconvenient. The restaurant beside the pool is a little annoying, since the smell of food is present all day while you enjoying the huge pool. Overall was a nice experience, and hope they improve a bit to make it better.

The little village is nothing to write home about, but it is safe and has enough life to entertain everybody. It has a few markets, but I
'd recommend going to the one you walk in through an upwards ramp. You can find an ATM inside as well.
What I loved the most was the immense beach that at certain points was extremely peaceful. We went during the "low season" ( August ) but the weather was fine still.
It is quite windy, but it doesn't bother you and helps cool things off a bit from the blazing sun.

Cumbuco has great kite surfing and lots of small hotels. We stayed at Vila Coqueiros and it was lovely. Very thorough kite surfing instruction. Met people from all over the world there for the kite surfing.
Downtown Cumbuco doesn't seem to have much to offer but we didn't go there much. First time we tried to eat downtown, credit card wasn't accepted although I had just used it at the local supermarket for snack stuff. Had this happen several times but the other proprietors always fixed. Be prepared to run into that problem.
AMAZING new small hotel in Cumbuco (6 rooms in total)! The rooms were beautiful and big (very comfortable for two people for a long stay or even 3 people for shorter stays). The rooms are well designed: plugs everywhere, Wifi router in each room with fastest Wifi I've had in any hotel in Ceara, comfortable beds, and clean towels and bed sheets. (I highly recommend staying here instead of 0031 Boutique Hotel which is more expensive and not as nice)
It’s a small, clean and quiet oasis to recharge right in the very center of Cumbuco. It has lovely staff that makes you feel at home. It’s not a party place with loud music and drunk guests thus you get some high quality sleep here.
We particularly loved all the green. Observing some hummingbirds hovering around the flowers while having breakfast is a great way to start your day.
Lovely family business with amazing hosts! Luci and Juancho are always available in case of questions or problems.

Great vibes, perfect place to kitesurf, just 1 min walking from the beach. I was there in august and every evening the (amazing) staff was arranging some plays, forro classes, live music.

Location is very nice! Close to the kite spot, there are also place to store a kite and a board. Very convenient!

Neil and his wife Elayne were amazing. So friendly and welcoming - it’s really clear that they care about the customer experience and make an effort to tailor it to each individual. First and best cup of English tea in Brazil - good excuse to return soon with a fresh supply!
The staff and Deirdre were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic. Overall a great place to relax and of course if you are into Kite Surfing, this is the location to be. We went to relax and enjoy the beach and it did not disappoint.
Room had everything one needs, but basic. the garden & terass are really nice to chill (like in the pics). pretty close to the beach for kitesurfing, and the kites can be comfortably be cleaned in the garden before travelling.

Garden is more quite, on sea site hotel you can use the pool and having the restaurant for breakfast.
