Excellent breakfast, one of the best I've had in São Paulo! The room is comfortable, but simple, quiet, dark, air conditioner works well. The hotel is renovated, and the pool is good!

I like the new concept of the property, this is like a Part Hotel and make the customers feel like a home, this is really good!

The hotel is amazing. I booked a room with two single beds. The beds are excellent, as are the blankets, sheets, pillows—everything. The room is extremely cozy. The bathroom is also excellent, very spacious and with a mirror. The hotel has a gym for those who enjoy weight training. There is a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for taking photos. The breakfast was delicious. La Residence is very close to Avenida Paulista and easy to access. There is valet parking available (paid separately). Great experience. 1000/10!

Hi my name is jose filho live in USA I arrived in at the hotel late at night I identify myself I tell the receptionist I have a reservation she sent me to fourth floor room with 4 beds for four peoples I returned again receptionist my reservation is for one person only room with one bed she’s sending me. to second floor with room with one bed and I’m talking about the receptionist who works at night she’s a terrible Maria Eduardo

The Hotel was in the center of Liberty and in front of the metro. Easy to walk around!

If this is one of the value options you see on booking, definitely stay here! Breakfast was great with full variety. Staff were always helpful and available. Beds were comfortable. Shower was strong, but not warm. Negatives would be that there were some bugs, no biggie for us. Room #4 is next to the road, and would not recommend staying in there. The AC works, but not very well, and it’s loud, which helps compete with the street noise. I’d advise this over most similarly priced stays in São Paulo. Definitely worth what you pay.

The bed was huge, and many soft pillows. It was very comfortable to have a great sleep.

Breakfast is great and the employees are all polite. The rooms are all clean, beds are cozy, bathrooms are spacious... This might be the 4th time I booked the same hotel and it seems they already recognize me after so many times. It's a great hotel.

The room was pristine, very comfortable, bigger than the regular hotel room. Great location. The staff was professional, kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!
