The location was fantastic. Very calm, relaxing and peaceful. The lake was clear, and we often were the only ones swimming in it. The restaurant serves the best food, breakfast and dinner. Dinner is so good: a fresh, changing menu with local and interesting flavors. Breakfast is a buffet and so plentiful and flavorful. The sauna is a nice and relaxing asset. Overall the quiet and calm were the best contrast to the big city Berlin where we came from and needed a break from.

It's a lovely little hotel with a wonderful and friendly staff. The location is wonderful! Right at the drawbridge with the lake on 2 sides. Even though my room was very hot it was cute and comfortable with a big deck on the water.

The Breakfast was Ok, could use more than one coffee machine though. The location and view on the lake is great, it was very nice to sit outside on the terrace for breakfast and lunch. Had one meal from the restaurant, very good and a large portion.
