The location was better than expected, just five stops from the Hauptbahnhof and a few blocks from a lovely park for walking/running. You pop out of the U-bahn just steps from the front door... hard to beat that when you've got luggage with you. The breakfast was great -- lots of delicious options and plenty of coffee choices. Didn't interact with staff much, but everyone I did talk to was friendly and helpful.

Clean, easy to find, friendly staff. The room was great as a solo traveler. I was able to pre-check in online might made getting into my room very quick. Breakfast was excellent, the best on our trip.
