I only speak English and there is little to no information available in the local area in English, and they helpfully answered my questions. During my 5 night stay, there was an unfortunate incident involving a member of the public coming into the hotel and a Police response being required, and the hotel staff handled it brilliantly.

The hotel is located right next to a tram station that will take you to Geneva central (Bel air stop) in around 20 mins. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and there was a lot to choose from.

Location-wise it is very convenient because it's 100 meters from tram stop that takes you into central Geneva in 15-20 minutes. Parking is also very practical and breakfast was good.
