Handy hotel in the downtown of Montargis. Nice starting point for a bridge walk around the town. The city has interesting bridges and canals all around and good shopping options for the size of the town. Enough places for a good dinner of all levels of gourmande. A reservation might be smart in advance. Many restaurants seems to have it busy.

Very friendly guy at the reception. Nice hotel in the quiet area to get good sleep, nice decorations.
Delivered exactly what we expected from the Kyriad chain of hotels. Far better facilities/room size than other "budget" hotels. Good size rooms and bathroom had a bath as well as a shower. Location was easy to find and, although in a commercial location (no pretty views!) was extremely close to a very large supermarket and a range of eateries (fortunate, as the in house restaurant wasn't open at weekends for an evening meal). Plenty of parking space with wide bays.
Breakfast had a good variaty, the staff said they could not speak english but did Just fine. The beds were really good, free parking in front of the hotel, for us IT was right in the middle of our drive on our way to South of trance (7,5 hour drive and we needed to go a Total of 14,5)
Im glad i booked a room at the same hotel on the way back in 2 weeks. Overall experience is very pleased. Mask is required in the hotel.
The room was compact and basic, it had everything we needed for the night. The hotel is decorated in a mix of french bric-a-brac and asian art. Our hosts were very friendly, they even offered us a ventilator/fan for our room because the weather was very hot. If you prefer a friendly, more quaint hotel over anonymous big brands, you will like it here.
When I arrived Celine was the dole receptionist. Later she was the restaurant manager and the sole waitress, She deserves better than this hotel. Room was a decent size. Why, in a double room is there only a table / shelf only on one side onf the bed?
