The food was outstanding, value for money yes one of the tasty meals we have had. Most places when your their for more than a night you eat once and your satisfied. Here we were more than happy to have dinner every night. Couldn't faulty there food or staff.

Stayed before and really cannot fault my stay. Elena is very welcoming and the rooms are excellent. Breakfast is amazing and the location, while in the countryside, is still pretty close to main roads and towns. Will stay here again.. Graham

The property is very comfortable, a great place to relax. Well decorated and furnished it had a log burner which I used and helped make my stay cozy and warm. The small kitchen has everything needed and the hosts provided some welcome food essentials so I didn’t shop when I arrived.
The bed was very comfortable. The shower room is practical and a good size.
Parking was easy, the apartment is set in large garden with its own pond.
The hosts Jackie & Guy were friendly and welcoming.
My short weekend stay was perfect I can’t fault anything. 10/10

We loved the peaceful location and the friendly hosts.
We had a wonderful continental breakfast and our dog had a great time as well making friends. We hope to make a return trip when possible.

The accommodation was basic but comfortable, nice shower room , friendly staff. Lovely food in the pub restaurant. Nice and quiet although we did go out of season.

The property is situated next door to a country pub which sells real ales. The food is excellent, especially the fish. There are lots of lovely little lanes around, very pretty and many walks. A small village church, which sadly has to be closed because of Covid 19.
10 minute drive to the nearest large village, Long Stratton and the main Ipswich/Norwich road.
Chickens in the garden which mean fresh eggs for breakfast.
Owner there is you need her but otherwise she just leaves you to relax.
