Beautiful place, updated and upgraded very clean, nice and super friendly staff. Feels like home and a place where you are cared for. I got upgraded free of charge and late check out was allowed free of charge. Quite location almost at the beach, but without the craziness.

Location for vacation is perfect. Everything was just a few steps away. Cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly. Hot water was available at any time of day or night. what you see upfront when checking in is what you get I.e. no surprises. All for a good holiday are here, and we can realize how few think we need: water, sand, sun. Not crowdy, ideal for families. Several food shops and restaurant nearby. Who wants more more shopping possibilities and entertainment, on less then 3 km will find it. The water is shallow, the beach with sand, the Sun as anywhere else in Greece.

We really enjoyed our staying at Villa Rafailia, in Olimpiakí Aktí.The room was lovely, very cosy and very clean. Also, we had a beautiful view from our balcony to the mountains. The host was very nice and helpful and there we experienced the well knokn greek hospitality.

Modern, simple and high quality interior that shines with cleanliness and a luxurious bed as a cherry on the cake. The helpful and friendly owner who gave us tips for a trip to the Olympic National Park was a bonus to a pleasant stay. The beach is about 2 minutes walk from the hotel, at the same time you have the possibility of refreshments in several different restaurants and bars right next to the beach. You can buy fresh fruit and vegetables directly from the producer about 3 minutes from the centre, in the direction of Katerini. The kitchenette offers simple but practical and fully functional equipment, and you can eat your meals on the generous terrace. In addition to the sea, you have the opportunity to visit the nearby town of Katerini, but also, for example Mount Olympus NP.

Olympiaki Akti is a shrunken version of Paralia Katerinis - a mass market resort, overcrowded and noisy.
Due to its size, everything is within walking distance. There is ample parking lot at southern edge of the resort.
The beach is sandy.
Our family liked that everything is like new, in a very good condition, it was very clean, that we had a pool, that the hotel had a private parking, that it is situated in a quiet side of the village, but still at a walking distance from the beach and from the promenade. The owners are very helpful and friendly and the ladies that cleaned our rooms daily payed attention to everything and arranged the rooms for us so good!
Our stay at the Villa was magnificent. The apartment was clean, spacious and offered everything that we needed.
The staff was very kind, helpful and always there to answer our questions, whether it was regarding our stay at the apartments or all the activities in Olympiaki Akti and the surrounding places.
Anybody that decides to stay at the Villa will not regret it and have a great time being there.

Great hotel, highly recommended to anyone looking for a nice, cozy room to stay in when visiting Olympic Beach! The host was an absolute delight, so sweet and helpful, welcoming and always up for a quick chat or sight-seeing tips. The location is great, on a vibrant street and close to the beach. There was truly nothing wrong with our stay and would love to come here again!
The place is great. It is very quiet and in the same time close to beaches and restaurants. The hotel is brand new, the design and interior is elegant and stylish. In the room there is everything you need. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. Big private parking. I definately recommend it and if we come back to Olimpic Beach, we will chose that place again.
This is definitely a fantastic place to relax. Everything was at the highest level, both the conditions in the hotel, the food and the help of the owners. The owners are extremely nice, smiling, very hospitable, but also discreet people. A well-organized stay for both adults and families with up to three children, as in our case. We will definitely come back.

Vagelis is a great host, always helping with a smile. He prepared the rooms for an early check-in and we really appreciated this.
The hotel is very close to the beach, markets and tavernas. The town is not far from Olympus Mt so during the heat wave it was a nice escape for some fresh air.
Although we booked late and the hotel was planning to close the season, the staff was extremely freindly and nice, they came at a very late hour to onboard us, the breakfast was as always great, the rooms are cozy and very clean. The entire hotel has a great design and vibe. We recommend the place wholeheartly.

The hotel is placed really close to the village centre. The owner was extremely polite and friendly woman, who was sincerely happy about our German shepherd. I would 100% recommend it to anyone traveling there.
