What a find! Everything was amazing! Communication with the host was excellent. Perfect space for three or four people. The view is to die for from the balcony! We cooked our last night there and had everything we needed to make a full dinner. It was less than a 20 minute drive down to Zadar to explore for the day, but we honestly just went straight back to the apartment for that view and neighborhood Seaside experience.

I highly recommend taking a boat trip around the surrounding islands and bays.
The town has pleasant restaurants and bars with a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend going to see old Zadar and possibly the island of Vir, which can be reached by car.
There is a great restaurant in Petrčane at the Petrčane hotel, great seafood, pleasant service and the view is beautiful. You can park everywhere without any problem, both paid and unpaid.

Very nice promenade along the beach to the center of Petrcane with restaurants. In the center is a lot of atractions. For the fee you can use swimmingpools in beach bar and nearby sandy beach, both close to the apartment.

A small village built for tourism on the shore. All the apartments are quite close to the sea. The water is very clean, the beaches are located to follow the sun during the day.
There are some 5 decent restaurants and two small shops. For a bigger shopping you need to travel to Zadar (10 km).

Petrcane is a small, friendly fishing village with a few pebble beaches, and some small marinas/piers. There are some small shops and a few restaurants/bars. The location has stunning views. It's only a 15-minute drive to nearby Zadar, and there's a regular bus service to Zadar and Nin. A peaceful place, right beside a big town/city.

Petrcane is a very small seaside village, a half-hours drive north of the much larger city of Zadar. Petrcane has a couple of small rock and pebble beaches (no sand beaches) with absolutely crystal-clear water. The town centre is on the sea front with bars and restaurants facing the sea, which is nice. There are a couple of tiny corner shops in the town centre but a much more convenient small supermarket about 15 minutes walk out of the town centre, near the best beach (Punta Skala) which is a private beach that costs 40 Kuna per person to access (absolutely worth it).

Pertcane has a lot to offer to all!
Pertcane has a lot to offer to all! The beach is accessible with sandy bottom, perfect for having fun in the water (throwing the ball to each other, learning to swim...). There is a lot of place around the lagoon to put your towel, but you can also rent a deck chair. Parking is a drag: there is not a lot of place for all the cars, but there is a new free parking space opened near the church. There is a small Konzum shop at the center, but you cannot but newspapers in Petrcane. We had a pretty good meal at hotel 'Pinija'. My kids love coming here!

Excellent location of the hotel, promenade 70 meters, restaurant, bakery 40 meters and not much further active entertainment. After relaxing on the beach, the hotel is waiting for peace and quiet, the hotel is safe. The owner of the hotel is very attentive and friendly.
The room has everything for the first days of arrival and a very nice compliment from the hostess ☺️. Excellent parking at the hotel!
This is a very good apartment even for a family of five people. The hosts are wonderful people, helpful, communicative and with a great heart. The garden pool is a real blessing, and everything was clean and in order. Petrcane is a nice place, not so loud but with a good atmosphere and nice beaches. We would definitely like to come back! Beautiful location. Fab entertainment being paired up with the sister hotels and being able to make use of their facilities works really well. The air conditioning in the room was absolutely perfect. Always nice and cool when walking back in from a hot day. Staff very pleasant and helpful in particular Marco & Peter
Cozy house in the old center of Petrčane. Beautiful terrace and nicely furnished interior. The dishwasher is also provided. WiFi was working well. There are two smaller markets nearby. Beach, perfect for smaller children, is in a walking distance. There are nice options for evening walks.
I had a great experience at this vacation rental near Zadar. The apartment was well-equipped and spacious, and having a balcony was a nice touch. The location was excellent, being very close to a small beach. The host was really kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend it!
Very nice and clean hotel, good equipment, great food! The sea and beach are beautiful, clear water, good for diving. Personal of the hotel - chambermaids, animators and receptionists were so profesional, kind and helpful, good knowledge of many languages, even Arabic.
Location - the building is almost in the first line from the sea; also close to the town centre, but in a sufficient distance from crowds of nearby big hotel.
The apartment is nice, everything you need is in place, one just needs to take clothes from home :)

The property is located around 15-17 min walk from the main promenade of Petrcane. The location is very good tou have everything you need and you have private beach, there is a beach bar with pools. Everything is just fine:))
Had a really nice week at Villa Mirela. Jakov and his team could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Petrcane has a good selection of bars and restaurants and the view across the sea is beautiful.
Everything is perfect: location, sunsets, peninsula, air, rooms, gym, sauna, breakfasts, especially staff, design of the building/rooms. 2 beaches and close to Zadar makes it fantastic. Highly recommend.
Clean, friendly, easy to find, good parking, great restaurant. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Book through them directly so they have to pay fees to a third party booking agency.
Perfect location in Petrcane near the beach and just a short drive to Nin and Zadar. With beautiful sea views and a big terrace to enjoy them from! Host is a really lovely person too.
Very good location, few meters form the sea. You can use external chairs, tables, grill... Garden is superb, you can always find shadow... Location is also good to go to Zadar trip.
