The hotel managers were so kind and attentive. The setting is beautiful and the rooms lovely and clean with good AC. The guides helped us to see all kinds of wildlife. The food was amazing. The best by far on our trip and if this was a restaurant in my hometown I would go there often and take my friends

the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. i left my water bottle at the lobby and they were very kind and offered to send it to where i am right now. one of very few decent places to stay in bitung, and it's not bad at all for that price range.
