My flight from the UK arrived 8 hours before my check in time however the site manager allowed me to check in and access my room, which was an upgrade due to the early check in and my original room not being vacant yet. i also want to add... The manager Ahmed made my entire 7 day stay in Kuwait very comfortable. On the first day i left my laptop bag in a taxi (with passport and other valuable items) I was panicking at first but he went above and beyond to track down the driver and after a few hours of consistent effort from him he eventually found the driver who had returned my bag to the airport. He also arranged for a driver to take me there. as you can imagine i was very very happy. a few days in to my stay my rental car broke down whilst i was in Salmiya (which is very far from the hotel) luckily i saved Ahmeds number and was able to contact him via Whatsapp. He contacted the rental company on my behalf and i had a replacement brought to my location and a collection of the broken down car within 45 minutes. I can not show more gratitude to Ahmed, completely saved me on two occasions. Please give this man a raise. I will always recommend this hotel to my people traveling from UK. Was a truly great experience staying here.
