Just the location. We book the superior room but once we at the hotel, they said it’s not available. Why you confirm my reservation if that room wasn’t available. Plus check all the rooms plumbing to make sure they’re all working alongside with your air conditioning in each room. Poor quality with the amount of money we paid. Plus you dont accept credit cards and you dont give receipts. You’re hiding all your income to the BIR, claiming that you’re not making any income. What a big dishonest to the revenue of the country. This hotel isn’t recommended for foreigners and tourists.

There is a pizza restaurant across the street and a local carinderia beside the entrance. The entrance is a general mechandise store - snacks , drinks and toiletries- they have them. Staff are nice. This is a transient room so dont expect hotel like amenities. They have shared lounge areas and tables where you can eat or work if you dont want ro stay inside your room.
