The fact that it's close to the Naia T3 makes it a very good location... On top of that it's just by Newport and has great access to shops and casinos, if you're into casinos...

The authentic filipino breakfast buffet was exquisite! A variety of choices and very delicious. I would come back just for this. Also, proximity to the airport is a huge plus.

Every staff was so accommodating and very considerate with answering our concerns and questions. I would like to give a special recommendation on Ms. Aubrey on being kind to us and being so positive at work especially when we have requests and questions. It was a nice place to stay in with and will definitely go back again soon.

Comfortable and cleaned room , the jacuzzi and pool on the rooftop in the extract temperature, warm - the perfect place to relax after long day :)

It was excellent when I first stayed here in 2016, and it is still excellent today. The staff was all friendly and helpful, from the security guards outside to the staff inside—you are the primary reason for the hotel's success.

So far on this vacation I have stayed in 23 different hotels, hotel 101 comes very high on the list of my favorite hotels this vacation. From the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception desk to the first class doormen, I could honestly find nothing wrong with the facilities or the staff. The friendliness of everyone made my stay so enjoyable, And they remembered me from previous visits I had made there. That also is a big bonus in my books. I hope to return again in the future.

This is a wonderful property and find for us. Definitely get what you paid for. Bed and bedding was AWESOME! Soft and comfy, bed firm but not as firm as most places we’ve stayed at in the Philippines. Breakfast buffet is also awesome, such a variety of dishes definitely worth the price. Go hungry to enjoy all they have. There was also an upscale steak restaurant. I wish we were staying more than just a night just to experience eating there. There is wonderful pool area with games like a pool table.

its my first time in traveling anywhere and i visit manila i choose city garden cause the pricing was good and i saw it has a 4 star rating BUT from my experiemce i tell you this.. the hotel doest deserve 4 star really it deserve a 5 star rating its an exeptional experience for me and i love every minute of my staying there. the staff was awesome very respectable and honest. althought the elevator was a little slow coming down when i clicked the button sometimes but other wise i loved it and its near every mall and resturant u can think of. i will defenitly visit this hotel again i thank the staff for giving me a wonderfull vecation❤️

The hotel offera free shuttle transport to and from the airport. Just give them a call on the number provided, and they will give you instructions on how to find the shuttle service. The staff are friendly and accomodating, also the food is good.

We only stayed few hours to sleep before our flight and didn’t have time to experience fully the hotel. However, room was nice and clean, comfortable. Very close to the airport

Good Value. Good Location. Great Staff. Wonderful Breakfast! All the Breakfast Staff have to be commended for their dedication to making sure everything runs smoothly. The Housekeeping always did a great job. The men at the front were always helpful. At the reception Louie was always very helpful with my Room Extensions. The bed was comfortable a/c great ,good hot water and pressure in shower. It was a great stay. I will stay again in the future.

Such a fantastic place. Breakfast is more like brunch with a billion options. The restaurants inside that we tried were also delicious. Pool is amazing for kids. We got a nice quiet room and slept really well.
