Kateryna, owner/hostess, is simply the best any traveler could ask for. She responds promptly to requests. She is very helpful in providing information that you may need while staying in Kremenchuk. I stayed here last summer for 3months and returned this summer for 3 months in large part because Kateryna is just First Class! The location was perfect for my needs. It was close to the city beach, local grocery stores, banks, cafes, shops of all kinds including very cool local market bazaar type stalls that sell everything imaginable. Boulevard is located on main "boulevard" in Kremenchuk. There are stops in each direction for the electric trolley cars and "minibuses". Most of the "business district" is within easy walking distance. There are many wonderful parks within walking distance. These parks are maintained well, beautiful flowers, mature trees, benches, and safe at any time. There is a police station and court house on the ground floor of the building. And the good Lord willing, I will be back in 2024
