all the staff went the extra mile. they were all very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. and the game drives were wonderful and relaxing.Michaela our guide and driver was lovely and very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot about the bush and the animals from her.

Breakfast was good but dinner was ordinary. Location is perfect for a getaway in the bush! Private place to be with family and the home/villa 25 was spectacular!! You can see the animals whilst at the house. The Game drives were excellent.

Everything was incredible! The facilities, the spaciousness of the lodge, the outdoor shower, the pool! Carey & Caitlin were incredible hosts and made our time really special. The groundstaff were also amazing - they managed to keep everything spotless without intruding in anyway.

The staff are lovely. Very helpful and so friendly! They wanted us to have a wonderful visit. The food is very good with great selections. The fame drives were fantastic! We only didn’t see cheeta. (But I have visited 6 other parks over the years and never saw one!). Our ranger was also great. He gave us a lot of information about both wildlife and plants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lodge located in the private Black Rhino reserve. Service by the friendly lodge manager and staff is outstanding, and the lodge offers beautiful views and comfortable rooms (even equipped with a private outside shower, additonal to the one indoors). We took part in the morning and afternoon game drives for the lodge's guests, which exceeded our expectations with many great observations, including numerous lions, rhinos, and even cheetahs.
