This could be the best cottage we have even been to. The location, the cleanliness and the attention to detail were just outstanding. Alan, the owner of the cottage, was really nice and made our stay so easy. We are definitely thinking about going back this summer to do another hiking route!

Loved the Christmas decorations (it saved me getting the ones were had brought out of the car). The milk and goodies were also a nice touch. On a very cold and frosty afternoon in the dark it was great to walk into a warm welcoming house. The Wifi was also good (there isn't much of a phone signal in the valley there).

Everything you could possibly need and more at the cottage and having so many channels to choose from on tv was amazing. The garden is safe and secure for my little doggy. With the fire lit it was really cosy. The milk and lovely cake were a lovely welcome. The neighbours were lovely and my dog made friends with their little dog too. Lovely walks on the doorstep. Looking forward to going back there x

We were stopping for just one night while on a cycle tour and it was perfect for us. The crisps and biscuits provided were much appreciated! Also nice to find the kitchen provided with basics such as tea bags and some cooking oil and a few capsules for the washing machine.

Lodges were very clean and far enough away from each other that you didn't feel encroached upon at all. Lots of plates, cups and cutlery and well stocked with pots and pans and a dishwasher to make self catering super easy. The hot tub was the reason we'd booked and we were not disappointed, it seemed to be looked after well and it was lovely and warm. Sofas were comfortable as were the beds, with clean sheets, and robes & towels provided.

The owners seem to have thought of everything. It is immaculate.
