This time the service was unexpectedly not that good. No coffee in the room no water, the rooms phone did not work . Well for a delux room it was bad. Overall it is a good place but needs more attention. The staff at the break fast help to chear up the good vibes though. The breakfast is poor though.

If you are looking for a stylish hotel in the city center, this is a great choice. The location is perfect, right across from Vernissage. Of course, I must mention the hotel's style. Everything is thought out to the last detail. The rooms are cozy, clean, and new. There is also a small pool where you can cool off during the hot summer or simply relax on a comfortable lounge chair. I also want to highlight the hotel's stylish restaurant. Delicious breakfasts from the menu or buffet, as well as lunch and dinner options, with many dishes available for room service. A big thanks to the very friendly hotel staff who helped with any issues. And, to my surprise, the hotel congratulated me on my birthday. Receiving a huge slice of the most delicious cheesecake was a delightful surprise! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

Hotel In City is located in Yerevan, 13 miles from Etchmiadzin Cathedral and a 7-minute walk from Blue Mosque. The hotel was new and clean. Staff pleasant, elevator good, wifi strong. Bed was extra comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The location of the hotel is perfect—right in the heart of Yerevan. During my stay, there was a charming Christmas Village set up just in front of the hotel, which added a magical holiday atmosphere. The area is also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, offering a variety of delicious options just a short walk away. My room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and wonderfully warm—an ideal retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Yerevan for its perfect combination of great location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations. I can’t wait to return!

Location is perfect and any part of the Ciry Center is within walking distance. The foyer is quite grand with a lively bar and live music in the evening, piano and violin and during the day a nice place to just relax or do some work, the hotel restaurant has a good menu and the food standards are very good. The breakfast has something for everyone and they have a very good a la carte breakfast menu if you wanted something a little more special. The gym is not massive but adequate for purpose, and the Spa is also equipped with a big enough steam room and sauna for a few people with a small jacuzzi and a few beds to relax.

The hotel is very pleasant, super clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, the staff is very kind and attentive, the location is close to everything, the hotel has a driver to take tours of the city's main attractions for a very fair price ! When I return to Armenia I will stay again for sure at the Paris hotel
