The location is excellent, within walking distance of most city attractions. Also several of the top rated restaurants are less than 5 minutes walk. The room was spacious, nice view of republic square. Staff here are very efficient And helpful, they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Hayk from front desk truly stands out…

Very nice hotel which was the mix of old Yerevan with the modern. Location was absolutely amazing. The room was very spacious and clean. It is good that there is a coffee machine in the room. Staff were very polite and professional.

The room was really big and especially the bed. Never had a bed this big in any of the hotels. The staff was nice and attentive and the location was great. They also have a really nice small pool and jacuzzi. It was great after a long day.

I was very lucky to find this charming hotel during the Yerevan festival weekend. What a gem!
It is ideally located, a few minutes from Republic Square and Vernissage Market.
The rooms are very well decorated, under the theme of the Greek Islands. There is a small kitchen at your disposition.
A big plus, all the staff members are so kind and willing to help you.

Welcome Republic Square Apartments is an excellent place to stay in Yerevan. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and has a fantastic location close to Republic Square and many important attractions. Check-in and check-out are very easy and convenient, with no unnecessary complications. The owners are extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The location is very good, only a few minutes away from Republic square. The bed was comfortable. And breakfast was pretty much full fledged delicious hotel buffet breakfast, very not typical for a hostel. And kitchen is really spacious for cooking for yourself.

The owner have met us on arrival to hand over the keys and to show us the apartment. The apartment is in good, central location, with restaurants, shops, pharmacy, grocery store, all near by, Republic square is 10 minutes walk, maybe less. The beds are comfortable, there is 1 big bathroom and a separate toilet which is useful, when there are more people. The owner is helpful and check out was easy. If I come to Yerevan again I would stay at the same place.

Ideal location right next to the Republic Square, all the infrastructure is nearby. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. We moved here from a hotel on the outskirts, where it was a long way to the center, and did not regret it. Much more convenient because there is a lot of space, there is a hall, a bedroom and a corridor. A very polite employee is always in touch. Windows overlook the courtyard, no noise from the streets.

The location was great. There were many restaurants nearby. Republic Square was a 10-minute walk. The hotel is one level up from street level. The hostel is on the street level. There is an elevator if you have bigger luggage. The room had a mini fridge and a safe. You need to get the key for the safe from reception. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. There was a seating area on the terrace outside the room.
