Staff members very kind and professional. Very nice of the mountains. Locations close to all we needed. Wi-fi functioning with no problem. Great place for families.

1.2 mi from Republic Square, Hotel Alpha is located in Yerevan and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. I dont think I can rate this hotel high enough. Apart from the fact that everything in the room was excellent (clean, new, comfortable), the best part are the staff. We travelled to Yerevan with our toddler for holiday, and I know its a bit of a cliche but the staff really make you feel like family and they are super kind and genuine. One particular thing I LOVED and haven’t seen anywhere else, is that the door of our room had a yellow sticker of the sort of “baby in the car” but in the “room” to please ask people to be mindful not to make a lot of noise in the hallway outside at night. We really appreciated that. Everyone from the lovely lady at the front desk, her colleague who told me he is learning Spanish, the cleaning lady and the lady in the kitchen in the morning who without being requested prepared a lovely Armenian dish for our little girl. You were all wonderful and are a true treasure for your business. We hope to come and visit again. Thank you.

Jermuk Hotel and SPA has a restaurant, bar, a shared lounge and garden in Jermuk. Our first impression starts from front desk. Person who changed us in was extremely polite. Food was delicious. Traditional Armenian cuisine combination with traditional USA 🇺🇸 food. Pastry 🥮 incredible. I gané extra LB. 😂 lol.

Arthur and his wife, David and kayaneh all were excellent hosts they were very kind and very helpfull. We felt so comfortable and happy. Our room was big and so clean, breakfast was so tasty, Everything was great.
