This place is a gem. Rocio, Laura and Manu are amazing hosts. The beds are the comfiest, the showers are hot. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything. You’re within walking distance from all everything, including the teleférico, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and shops. I extended my stay, and then returned after visiting other places.

Lovely modern hotel in the south of La Paz. Just off a busy road but quiet. Lovely pool and hot tub! They were kind enough to pack us breakfast boxes since we were leaving earlier than breakfast started. Would definitely recommend.

I requested a room with a view of Cerro Rico, and was given an exceptional room that exceeded my wishes. Ana, the daughter of the owner, was nearly always present, and helped us throughout our stay, even making sure we could arrive in spite of a tranca. The hotel is new, the room was large yet warm at night, and the location excellent, close to the town centre and also a supermarket. Breakfast was ample and varied, and staff all very attentive to our needs. Beds were comfortable, street noise at night quieter than close to the center, all very clean. At night they can prepare very satisfying sandwiches. Wonderful stay.

HOTEL INNOVA is offering accommodations in Tarija. Featuring a shared lounge, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The Hotel is in the centre so it’s pretty close to everything and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked everything about the hotel but my only suggestion would be to have a locked luggage storage and probably have only staff members going in and out of it.

La casa de Teresita is in a prime location in La Paz, and features a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. This 4-star hotel offers a tour desk. Private parking is available on site. From the moment you walk from the hustle & bustle of the La Paz streets and into the peace of the front garden, you know you are staying someplace special. Originally built in 1916, this was the home of Dr xxx and Teresita. Their sons have turned the home into bed and breakfast. The rooms are comfortable, the showers nice and hot. But for the full experience, take the time to explore the house! You feel like you are walking back in time! Family photos and art work are displayed throughout the property. The music room contains 2 vintage pianos and the halls are filled with family memorabilia. Ask Ernesto and he will show you photos of his grandfather & great-grandfather during one of the many Bolivian revolutions. We highly recommend Casa Teresita & will stay again if ever we come back to La Paz!
