The location, the view, the swimming pool. The decoration is so beautiful as well. The hosts were amazing, very caring. Prepared dinner for the guests every night, plus a delicious breakfast. It's a very special place, one of a kind. Honestly you are in for a treat.

Casa Marisa 2.0 features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Portela. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. Everyone was friendly and had a strong sense of community in the village. Food was lovely. Will miss tintim (the dog) 😊

It was clean, with nicely arranged furnishings. The rooms were nicely arranged around a small pool and courtyard area. The staff were friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The location was very nice, we ate at very good restaurants that were just minutes walk from the hotel. They packed a wonderful to go breakfast for our early morning flight. We would highly recommend The hotel Savana for your Sao Filipe stay.

Everything was great-the ambiance, the kindness and conviviality of the owner and the location. She was so helpful for planning a hike, making travel arrangements, making drinks. A bonus was housemade pasta and pizza. When I misplaced the key : (( she was most gracious.

The staff is very friendly & helpful, the room was spotless. Would not hesitate to recommend and stay there again.

Featuring a terrace, bar and views of city, Ocean Suites is located in Santa Maria, a few steps from Praia de Santa Maria. we came here without any expectatuons and were surprused - in a good way. The hotel is in the center few steps away from the main pedestrian street, few steps away from the beach(s). All the staff is very helpful, kind willing to give you advice if one is needed. Breakfast is good, room was pleasant. I liked it.
