I want to give a big applause to Mr. Eddy Cha at the reception desk, who spent a lot of effort on helping me retrieve my camera case that I left on the taxi. He helped us call the customer service of Uber and contact with the taxi driver. We weren’t even expecting to see the case again and got depressed, until Eddy showed up with my camera case. It was a huge favor and I want to give all my thanks to Eddy, who made our Busan trip joyful!

It’s located right in the heart of Hongdae’s main street. It’s easy to navigate to and from the hotel around the area. The hotel’s service and amenities are amazing.

Ideally located in the center of Jeju, Ventimo Hotel & Residence Jeju has free WiFi throughout the property, a fitness center and free private parking for guests who drive. A complementary sandwich was offered daily for breakfast. Free washing and drying machines were available (detergent could be bought for 2,000 KRW). The rooftop was freely accessible for nice views. There was an arcade gaming machine in the room.
