Located in Astana, 1.9 miles from Bayterek Monument, The Veil Hotel has accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a spa & wellness center. Absolutely love this place! We are visiting Astana the 1st time. We travel from Canada.That was the best stay ever! Beyond our expectations! The staff, the room, the facilities were outstanding! The food was amazing! The best breakfast we ever had! Highly recommend! Deffenetly will come back again!

All the staff at the reception , room services , restaurants are very professional, very polite and understanding . Special thank you to Dildora and Aruzan at the main restaurant for wonderful service and great food . Kamila at the reception desk is extremely accommodating . Definitely will come back .

Travelling a lot and sleeping in many hotels gives you a sense of idea what to expect and what to look for - but wauw this hotel was surpassing all my expectations. The staff at the reception were extremely nice, friendly and truly cute! They could not be more cooperative and helpful. The location is thé best. Showers are powerful and something to look forward to every day. The beds are perfect. And the breakfast is very yummy and diverse. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
