L'staff ha sigut excepcional. Sempre atents i ajudant en tot.
En arribar, ens van convidar a l'esmorzar gratuïtament sense estar inclòs i cada dia ens oferien una copeta de vi i assortiment de fruita.
Els taxis a l'aeroport i estació sempre puntuals i ens con regalar el taxi a l'estació.
Recomanarem aquest hotel a tots els nostres amics. Ens han deixat un record espe ial de Samarkanda

Ens ha agradat tot. L'amabilitat dels propietaris i staff ha estat super!! Ens han ajudat a buscar taxi, transfer al desert i també recomanacions per visitar llocs i restaurants.
Agraïm molt la seva ajuda i el tracte excel.lent. Ens queda un molt bon record de Bukhara.
