Exceptional Location, very friendly staff, especially Aygerim helped me a lot this time 🙏 my room was very clean with good view, swimming pool and spa just a lifesaver. When visiting Astana my no 1 choice.

The staff at the reception were extremely nice, friendly and truly cute! They could not be more cooperative and helpful. The location is thé best. Showers are powerful and something to look forward to every day. The beds are perfect. And the breakfast is very yummy and diverse. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
