Special thanks to the St Regis’ Team as they made our 4-night stay unforgettable. Reception was warm and welcoming with early check-in. Butler service team accommodated every request on timely manner. Restaurant and bar service was wonderful, personable and prompt as well. We enjoyed our extremely large, quiet and well-decorated suit and amenities.

Located 2297 feet from Almaty city center, Resident City Hotel features accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness center and a bar. Posh neat and clean. Service was very fast expect for the lift experience.

Located in Türkistan, Rixos Turkistan offers 5-star accommodations with a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. A Turkish bath is available for guests. New and clean hotel. Breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Staff were really friendly and the hotel is located next to the shopping centre. Also had good parking - would stay there again in my next visit!

It was a calming, soothing and serene experience and the set up of the hotel with mineral water flowing underneath and the amazing Purovel spa and the sumptuous food and service served at all the restaurants.

Wonderful hotel. The room size is good and bathrooms are new , clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Try to help with anything we asked. Reception work perfect . We just loved the time we spend at this hotel. Watching show of fountains at night from the room balcony is the other bonus .

Facilities are new and well maintained,the location is very convenient,but the game changer is the staff working at the property,especially the way Mr.Sanzhar made an eye-contact as soon as we entered to the property,greeted us properly,finished our check-in process less than in 3 minutes including explanations of facilities and working hours,and the same way during our stay,always super friendly,professional and supportive,our stay was great, we would love to back!
