I liked the location of the hotel and the staff service the most. It was quiet, clean and really comfortable. I would like to thank the staff specially Amina Aruzhan and Zhone, because I am very grateful for their understanding and accommodating of my early arrival.

The rooms IS so spacious and comfortable. The spa and thé fitness room are excellent. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is very professional and helps you to make your stay the best possible. The St. Regis Astana is located on the banks of the Ishim River in the heart of Central Park in Kazakhstan's capital. Bayterek Tower, Independence Square and Astana Opera are a 15-minute drive away. Special thanks to the St Regis’ Team as they made our 4-night stay unforgettable. Reception was warm and welcoming with early check-in. Butler service team accommodated every request on timely manner. Restaurant and bar service was wonderful, personable and prompt as well. We enjoyed our extremely large, quiet and well-decorated suit and amenities.

Aidana Plaza Hotel in Shymkent has 4-star accommodations with a bar. This is an excellent hotel, clean, modern and well maintained. The reception staff are professional and helpful - they helped us with some extra information about our trip. The breakfast is big, the food is fresh and good quality. There's parking at the front of the hotel, the location is close to some good dining options - all considered we are very happy to recommend Aidana Plaza hotel for staying in Shymkent.
