Absolute good place to rest Very clean and staffs are kind , location is near to the center square 5-7 min to walk , outside was not too noisy . Should be recommended . Also lots of memory left in 2.. :))

Wonderful reception staff / the female manager was superb and made my stay very easy, thank you for your kindness and information. Room is clean and comfortable and perfect for trip planning to the national parks and accommodation team were so lovely giving me lots of water on request.

The property is located closely to the cashmere shops and close to the center in the sense that you’re close enough but not so close that you’ll be stuck in traffic from 1 second. The facilities are great and the restaurant has an extensive menu and an outdoor place to eat which should be tried. The food we got was great especially the “big mama” which was as great collection of all sorts of dishes in one.

Novotel staff were very kind, and looked after me and my friend excellently. My friend left her passport and money in the safe in the room and Novotel staff Made sure that we got it back. Holiday Inn Ulaanbaatar is ideally located in the Chingeltei district in Ulaanbaatar, 984 feet from Ulaanbaatar Opera House and 15 minutes' walk from Chinggis Khaan Square. It was a well-designed, well-constructed hotel. All the facilities were of high quality. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The housekeeping was excellent. The buffet breakfast was very good; it featured a variety of tasty dishes. The transportation service (arranged taxi) was good. A particular plus is the sauna and spa which were an exceptional value.

This is the oldest 5 star hotel in Mongolia, historic venue beautifully renovated. Reception staff, house keeping staff and restaurant staff are all welcoming and very professional. Reception staff helped us book taxi to visit the city and go to the airport. The room as clean and comfortable. Totally recommended their Landmark Restaurant at the 1st floor. Main touristic locations can be reached by taxi whereas the city's square is just a 5min walk from the hotel.
