The staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular, Jarhaa and Turuu helped me a tremendous amount when I had a lot of documents that needed to be printed out. There is a shopping gallery at the ground floor, including food store, where you can buy all you need during your stay. I had to leave earlier and hotel made reimbursement of my advanced paid amount within a few days after my departure. This is very nice and deserves respect. Next time in Mongolia I will certainly stay at this hotel again.

Located at the prime location and right next to Chinggis Square and the government house, H9 Hotel Nine Ulaanbaatar offers business class accommodations to travelers. Was very close to Sukhbatar Square & a balanced Breakfast was provided by the Hotel. Hotel staff were super supportive. WiFi connectivity was superb, no lagging.

Terelj Hotel & Spa has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Ulaanbaatar. Providing a restaurant, the property also features a fitness center, as well as an indoor pool and a sauna. Beautiful hotel, honestly for me worth the trip to Terelj alone. Was actually the highlight for me of Terelj. Was nice to explore the hotel.
