Diane Residences is located in Mabolo, within 1.1 miles of Ayala Center Cebu and 1.6 miles of SM City Cebu. We’ve stayed here twice whilst passing through Cebu City , it’s a new , great hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us on both our visits, very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet is a great bonus. And we used the gym and pool which is included in the price. The beds comfy and big. Wifis great. Secure hotel. Everything you need. Great hotel.

I am very glad I choose to stay here for my frist night in El Nido. The perfect location where you can decide what to do next. I like to exploree the city center the first night, and the hotel was in perfect location to allow me such details. The room was clean and eith a very beautiful view facing El Nido beach. But the most important thing was the staff. It was my birthday and they have prepared the room with red wine, ballons and flowers and happy nirthday song playing on the screen. They went further by bringing the flowers from my friends to another hotel I was staying the next day! Thank you very much for all the attention and the caring!

The room exudes a strong Japanese-inspired design, making it so inviting that I just want to stay in all day. Every detail, from the room amenities to the thoughtful design elements, creates a truly comfortable and welcoming experience. The breakfast is beautifully presented and delicious. I also appreciate the well-maintained pool, the impeccable housekeeping, and the friendly front desk staff. Plus, the location is incredibly convenient—just a short distance from both the airport and the beach. I highly recommend this place!

Microwave and a working fridge available. And the air-conditioner is 100% functioning and provides the coolness that foreign nationals needed. Food choices at breakfast is superb!
