The hotel was well located and equipped, the staff were very helpful and polite especially Mohamad bushnaq and Qais were friendly.. During our short stay at the hotel we felt home and the environment was super comfortable.

Centrally located in the heart of Ramallah, this hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from the Khalil Sakakini Cultural Center. The spacious rooms and suites all have a balcony and a flat-screen TV. Great location - right in the centre of town and close to everything. The room was very nice, spacious and clean, service was really friendly and the on-site cafe was also great.

GM Mr Fares Bandak offered us when we arrived a free ride from the bus stop to the hotel as we were first time there. And receptionist Mr Hana helped us printing our check in! Excellent position in Bethlehem , 10 min walk straight direction to Manger Square ( Nativity Church and Omar's Mosque )

Great historic room and a great "boutique" hotel, very comfortable and clean. Great location midtown, yet very quiet. Hosts were super in every way possible. You are welcomed into the hotel by the owners themselves. No doubt I will stay in the same hotel on my future visits to Ramallah.

The hotel is located in an area where you find a car park monitored by cameras from the hotel and if you need to buy something there are clothing shops, pharmacies and groceries stores around. 10 minutes walking to Nativity Church but the hotel can arrange a shuttle that can pick you up and drop you off. You can easily rent a car and it is not expensive from 30 dollars a day and the hotel will arrange it for you so that when you arrive you can have it at your disposal. We want to make a special public recognition to Mr. Laith who even before our arrival was attentive to us and made our stay easier, 200/100 points for making us feel safe and happy!
