Centrally located between the T and buses going out to the archipelago at Slussen. Breakfast was a treat everyday and staff very friendly and hospitable. Central for Södermalm and easy access to Gamla Stan, downtown and Kungsholmen. I was upgraded to a standard king which was a lovely perk since I was staying for 5 nights!

Dating back to 1852, this elegant hotel is a 5-minute walk from Gothenburg Central Train Station. It offers a peaceful inner courtyard, free Wi-Fi and free coffee/tea and homemade cake each afternoon.... It was a very cozy hotel with a very nice, old school atmosphere. I walked everywhere from the hotel so I would say for someone active and enjoys working, it is a great location. The single room is indeed perfect for a short solo trip.

Featuring a fitness center, a restaurant as well as a bar, Liseberg Grand Curiosa Hotel is located in the center of Gothenburg, a 10-minute walk from Liseberg Amusement Park. Beautiful, very different from other hotels, the bunk beds were terrific for the kids. Location was good, right in front of a tram stop so it was really easy to go around.
