We were traveling with 2 kids and the 2 double bed room was perfect. The sliding WC door is also the bathroom door, which is a bit annoying if you need to go to the toilet while someone is showering, but besides that the room was perfect. Staff is quite friendly. They have a little Pacman game at the lobby. This was a very niche touch, as well as their free refreshing drink there.

Breakfast had a decent variety and the food tasted very good. I booked the signature room and it was spacious and awesome. The location is also great, the Sbhan (Metro) is near by and its easy to reach anywhere in the city. Special thanks to Khaled, the front desk manager who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. As a usual traveler to Munich I will be always reserving at Flemings Hotel because of the nice and respectful treatment I received from the staff like Khaled, Mustafa and the others which I unfortunately don't remember their names.

The room was cozy and quiet providing for a great rest. The view to the park was amazing with fresh snow making it even more lovely. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel was at highest standards. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all the requests that we had. The hotel location was great with a few bus stops nearby which provided ease of travel around the city. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choices.
