We really enjoyed the accommodation. The owner is a wonderful woman, extremely dedicated to her guests. The accommodation is incredibly beautiful and different from many others. It is located a few minutes from the lake and the main street. Check-out is at 12, which meant a lot to us, and you can leave your luggage

Only thing I did not like was check in at reception and the receptionist who instead of answering my 2 simple questions, When does breakfast start and How do we book the SPA told me to scan the QR code and read for myself.. Not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard..

This b&b was a most magical experience, from the moment we stepped into the garden full of beautiful roses and bunnies and birds, to the dining room brimming with enchanting decor, Fredricia was so wonderfully warm and welcoming and gave us the honeymoon suite .. the decor was fairy tale like, you would expect Alice to appear at any time. The minute attention to detail in every corner was awesome. The homemade baking for breakfast was absolutely delicious and the breakfast display was a visual feast. Such a magical experience from start to finish

Attitude of the whole staff was very welcoming and helpful during the whole stay. The room was perfect (insonorisation, bed, bathroom, sockets, etc). Excellent breakfast. Location in one of the best possible places in Desenzano near the shore, weekly fair and ferry port. We hope we'll come back.
