Absolutely great, comfortable and equipped accommodation. Shops, N1 motorway, restaurants very close, yet quiet and totally relaxed. The apartment has very comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, pots, plates, bowls, cups... just like home). Luxury parking at the house or opposite in the parking lot of the church. We were completely satisfied with everything. And as a bonus - Gudrun is an absolutely wonderful hostess!

Found by bubbling geothermal springs in Hveragerdi, this hotel offers an outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs and sauna. All rooms include bathrobes, slippers and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is free. We literally booked 1 hour before arrival and the staff were informed of our arrival and checkin was quick and easy. Our room was comfortable with a great view, and we really enjoyed the outside hot springs even when the evening was freezing.
