Amazing place: the Koprivštica (Копривщица) of the Rhodopi is a great source of historical culture and of special food ( as the hot bread you can buy on the road to the Ethnographic Park) and drinks ( the traditional old style coffee) . The Delyu voyvoda museum is extremely interesting and worth a visit.

Very nice small town.
Very nice small town. A beatiful Old Town where you can buy hand-made items. We visited different places close to Kardjali but we did not regret we choose Zlatograd to stay and to drive to Perperikon, Tatul, The Stone Wedding, The Stone Mushrooms and The Devil's bridge.MariyaBelgium

I have cycled in Bulgaria more than 3 months on these years. Todorova house in my opinoon is the best accommodation in Bulgaria and top 3 all over Balkans. The owners are very friendly and the interaction with was fantastically even with their few EN words they speak. The house is very comfortable, and you feel like at your home. I promise to visit Todorova house again and again the next years. Thanks a lot!!! Doron

Unexpectedly rich breakfast with great selection. The staff in general, the receptionist Borjana, the lady in the breakfast room, the young lad at the lobby bar - good people, with manners, with understanding of the hotel business. On the outside, the hotel looks quite promising especially because of having its own Mehana at the ground floor. The room was ok, but tiny. The breakfast was pretty good, I liked the variety, it was quite authentic and tasty. It’s fine for a couple of days but don’t expect much. The breakfast was good and plenty, if you had the strength to walk from the hotel room to the breakfast area, cross the main road, cross a bridge above a river, find a bulding with no signs, turn left and walk in after asking the locals, then walk down a floor and there it is! Don't even think of going to your room after breakfast to brush your teeth or visit the toilet...
